FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Where's my Print@Home™ card?

Download your greeting cards by clicking the 'my account' link located within the GreetingBee.com card editor and then visit the 'order status' section. Occasionally the email containing your printable card is marked as spam by your email provider and not successfully delivered.

• Card Quality

Our cards are of the same quality that you will find at your local card store. They are printed on 100-110 lb. stationary card stock using state-of-the-art commercial printing presses.

• Payment Methods

Greetingbee accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. In fact, we've teamed up with PayPal to provide industry best protection for our customers. PayPal securely processes your transaction details without revealing credit card or bank information; even to us. You don't need a PayPal account to use this service.

• Shipping Methods and Costs

Individual cards include first-class postage. Your greeting card will arrive with at its destination with a first-class stamp affixed just as if you mailed it yourself.

Bulk cards are shipped USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days from the shipping date that you select during checkout for United States customers and 4-10 days for destinations outside of the US.

• Delivery Time

Our printing presses are always running. From the time we receive your order to the time it leaves our mailing facility in Phoenix, Arizona is typically one to two business days. Individual cards are shipped first-class mail via the US Postal Service and typically arrive in 1-6 days from the time that the US Postal Service receives your order. Bulk cards are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 2-3 days for US destinations and 4-10 days for destinations outside of the US.

• Sales Tax

Greetingbee.com operates in the state of Arizona and are required by law to collect sales tax of 8.3% on orders placed from billing addresses within the state of Arizona. All other orders are exempt from sales tax.

• Photo Retention Policy

Photo uploads are currently limited in size to 10MB per picture. Greetingbee.com currently does not restrict the number of photos or the duration that you can store photos in your account.
