Refund Policy
Effective Date: This refund policy was last updated on October 11th, 2009.
We strive to offer the highest quality products available. While your satisfaction is our first priority, there are occasionally circumstances in which a product may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are granted within 30 days of the date of purchase for non-delivery of goods or manufacturing defects. All other refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.

- Print@Home™ Cards
Cards ordered through the GreetingBee.com Print@Home™ Service are delivered digitally via an Adobe® PDF file to maximize the compatibility with your home printer. Should you find that you are unable to print your cards or your cards are defective you are eligible for a full refund. Additional exceptions to this rule are made on a case-by-case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
- Professionally Printed Cards
Cards ordered through the GreetingBee.com professional Printing service are delivered as tangible goods via the US Postal Service. Cards that fail to arrive at their destination within 7 business days from the agreed upon ship date for United States postal addresses, or 14 business days from the agreed upon ship date for postal addresses outside of the United States, or are found to contain a manufacturing defect are eligible for a full refund. Additional exceptions to this rule are made on a case-by-case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
- Prepaid Gift Cards
Unused prepaid gift cards are eligible for a full refund. The original gift card must be returned unused with its full balance remaining. A full refund will be issued once GreetingBee.com receives the original gift card and verifies that all funds remain.
